P’s Kitchen // Simple Beans & Avocado Breakfast

Okay, this isn’t really what I’d call a recipe as there are barely any ingredients and it doesn’t take a genius to make this, but my friend Jess and I have recently been obsessed with this breakfast and I wanted to share. If you are a garlic lover and want a breakfast filled with fats, carbs, fibre and protein, look no further.

Serves 1

You will need:

– 200g Macro Organic Baked Beans

– 1tsp Garlic Powder

– 1 Large Garlic Clove, finely diced

– 1 Large and Ripe Avocado

– 2 Slices of Bread

Instructions:

Heat baked beans in a small saucepan on low heat with the garlic powder. Cook toast in toaster; while toast is cooking smash avocado with finely diced garlic clove. Once toast is cooked and beans are heated, place avocado on the toast, top with baked beans and a little salt or pepper.

This is so freaking good, if you’re wanting to go all out for a weekend breakfast, you could add hash browns.
